Delivery Policy:

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
The delivery time for each order depends on its complexity and the writer’s availability.
The estimated delivery time for each order will be communicated to the client at the time of placing the order.
Clients have the option to choose from several delivery methods, including email, online platform, and direct download.
In case of any delays, the client will be informed promptly and updated on the status of their order.

Refund Policy:

In case the client is not satisfied with the quality of the work, they can request revisions within 7 days of receiving the final delivery.
If, after revisions, the client is still not satisfied, they can request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the request.

Refunds are only available for orders that have not been completed to the client’s satisfaction.
